"We hired Ben and Jim Baker from HealthSafe Inspections to conduct a mold inspection on a residence we are in escrow to purchase.
They were great at communication and scheduling an inspection within days. I met with Ben and he was extremely professional, thorough with his inspection, and great at answering all the questions I had as well as pointing out issues he was seeing during the appointment.
As a real estate developer, I have worked with many mold inspection and remediation companies and Health Safe by far is one of the best I have met. Their inspection report was extremely detailed, and provided pictures of areas of concern:

"Working with Ben from Healthsafe Mold inspections has been nothing short of amazing!! We purchased our first out of state home, which in itself was scary and we knew there was a bit of a mold issue but we did not know what type or if it was contained. His professionalism and the way he explained it to us in a way we could understand, exceeded our expectations. He conducted a thorough inspection and was able to provide us with exactly the information we needed to proceed and to know what we were up against.
