"I can't say enough positive things about Ben. He was responsive, prompt, courteous and, most importantly, he solved our problem. For three years, we had a noxious odor in our new home that smelled like a sewer gas leak, but we couldn't identify the source. Ben checked our crawl space and found the culprit in less than ten minutes...the plumber had never capped the PVC sewer pipe, which meant that sewer gas fumes had been venting into our home since we moved in. Apparently, the home inspector had missed this as well. My husband also missed it because it was hidden from view behind the stairs. I only wish we had called Ben earlier. I have complete confidence in Ben and would absolutely call him again if I had any concerns about the air quality in our home."
